When starting or stopping service, Please fill out the Water Connect/Disconnect Service form here: Utility Disconnect Form and email to administration@oronoco.com or drop of at City Hall.

Water meters are read and invoices are mailed the beginning of each month.  Water/ utility payments are due on the 27th of each month. Cash, Check, Credit card and Auto Pay are accepted for utility payments. Past due charges will apply to all late payments.

 

    • Allow 3 days for processing.
    • Account name: Water accounts: last name, first name
    • Other: permit type, street address, name/business
    • 2.95% credit card processing fee is charged

    • 7am- 4pm Mon- Fri and 7am-11am Fridays. A lockbox is provided for after-hours.

  • Auto pay Authorization
    • Sign up now by clicking the link here. - Form
    • Please return the form to City Hall for processing, set up and confirmation.
    • Autopay withdrawals are automatically processed on/about the 21st of each month.
