Applicants and contractors may submit "Maintenance only" building permit applications online for the following:  Mechanical, Roofing, Siding, Windows and Driveways. *Supporting documentation required for upload: Read PDF here.

New Construction, Additions, Remodels, Covered porches, Decks, Detached structures, Commercial Business & Water/Sewer installation MUST submit building permit applications through the City using the "Plan Review" process. Many of these types of construction will require verification of zoning, verification of use and also adhere to all City ordinances and State codes of project development. Recommendations of Variance or Conditional Use from the Planning & Zoning commission or City engineers would also be included in this application process. *See application forms on this page for submittal to administration@oronoco.com
