Riverwood Hills Park

Riverwood Hills Park is a neighborhood park located in southwest Oronoco between the Riverwood Hills II and Riverwood Hills III subdivisions. The park offers a welcoming place for families, neighbors, and visitors to enjoy the outdoors.

The park can be accessed by a paved walking trail from Valley View Drive SW, a paved walking trail from Sunny View Ln SW, and a grass trail from Valley View Rd SW. Street parking is available near the trailheads.

Created in 2005, Riverwood Hills Park features playground equipment, a swingset, a double swing, picnic tables, and open green space. The park was brought to life through the efforts of numerous volunteers, City personnel, and community members who helped install the equipment.

Riverwood Hills Park continues to reflect the community spirit that helped create it — a place where kids can play, neighbors can connect, and families can enjoy time outdoors.
