While the city welcomes the integration of golf carts as a means of transportation in its neighborhoods, safety guidelines and age appropriate use are some of the reasons we also require a permit for them within the city limits. *MN State Statute requires that all operators be a minimum of 16 years of age with a valid drivers license. Please be sure your cart is registered by filling out the form on our website and deliver to City Hall. REMINDER* Golf carts and ATVS are not permitted inside the festival zone during Oronoco Gold Rush Days.
