Construction Management Services (CMS)

The City of Oronoco currently contracts with Construction Management Services (CMS) for all its building inspection needs. For permit applications, please come by City Hall or find them online under the Applications and Permits tab on the city website.

 

* Please give 24 hours' notice before an inspection.

* Permit applications are on the website under City, then under Applications and Permits. After your permit is reviewed, paid for and picked up, please have it displayed on the job site.
