The Comprehesive Plan offers guidance to the City Council and City Committees. There are chapters on the Community's character and profile. Transportation, land use and infrastucture needs are discussed along with the Parks and open spaces. It is a Plan that should be revisted every 3-5 years. Over the last few months, the City Council and City Committees have been reviewing the proposed plan as it is listed here. This is not the final copy but rather a draft aimed at soliciting comments. It has been discussed at several meetings and will be presented to City Council at their regular July City Council meeting. After hearing public comment and concerns, a final draft has been prepared for the July meeting.
