Graphic on the Right: GIS map that contains the latest information gathered during our recent municipal mailings. Displayed is the approxiamte year that an individual or shared sewer system was installed. If a parcel is colored dark brown then either the septic system is 50+ years old or the parcel owner has neglected to file their septic information with the city. Notice the large pockets of dark brown in the downtown area and along the north side of West Center Street. (The darker the brown color, the older the septic system. The darker the green color, the newer the septic system.)
