Good morning,

I have a couple items that we need CC to act upon.

1. Budget items (see handout)

2. We want a letter sent to Dan Fitzpatrick stating that the trails in Cedar Woodlands get paved in the spring.  It was mentioned that since the deadline is going to pass, that if we don't have a signed agreement, Dan could walk away from the project with completing.

3.  The Park Board is asking for the CC to accept Joy Bertsinger as a new member of the Park Board.

4.  Matt Jennissen, Park Board Chair, is submitting his resignation as the chair.  Matt will stay on as chair through the January '08 meeting, after that he will step down as chair, and as a member.

Cheryl, we have two projects that we would like Tim to take care of.  We would suggest that the soccer goals get taken down and put in storage for the winter.  We also would like to have all the new trees in RWH park and Memorial field be wrapped.
