Here are some minutes for you.

Agenda:

2007 Softball-update-  Nancy Acker gave a recap of last years Softball.  She also mentioned that there is a lot more interest in this year and they may have two teams, but one roster is full.  The park board approved to pay the league fess of $75 for the full roster team and asked Nancy to come back if they fill the other roster.  Acker also informed us that they will look at getting volunteer referee's for the home games.

Budget and meeting Minutes.  I mentioned that I would like to have a treasurer/secretary for the committee.  Since only two members were present, I will send e-mails to the remainder of the committee and attempt to "recruit" someone to fill this position.

Tree Planting -April 28th, we will meet at River Park at 8 am.  It should only take a couple of hours.  Adam and I are going to place markers flags prior to planting day.

T-ball was discussed.  Last year was a very big success.  I will e-mail the coordinators from last year to see if they are willing to do it again.  If not, we will attempt to locate someone to do as we feel it is a great community event.

River Park shelter update.  Adam is going to talk to Kevin Cardell (PIHS principle) to find out what he thinks can be done.  I will e-mail Joe Lonzo to find out what he thinks it will take to repair the shelter.

Twins grant for Memorial field.  We would like to do something, however, it is a matching grant and we don't have enough in our budget to go forward.
