Dennis Blanck, EOC Director
Oronoco recently purchased a weather station for tracking approaching potentially dangerous weather. A weather station measures temperature, humidity, rain fall and wind speed. This data is being collected 24 hours per day.
We have 2 new (1999) sirens that protect the citizens of Oronoco in times of severe weather. One is located in the Woodsview subdivision (SW), and another is located in the center of town.
We welcome any questions that you may have about our team, and are always looking to increase our membership for Fire Fighters or First Responders.
